| An Introduction to MEDITATIONS IN COLOR: These watercolor studies were painted au plein during late 1999 and early 2000 at Meherabad and Meherazad near Ahmednagar, India, during a pilgrimage to the the tomb-shrine of Avatar Meher Baba. These paintings are a gift from the Master. I had no intent or plan to paint on this trip. One by one the paintings happened until, to my amazement, there were over 30 - and paintings are still happening. These locations at Meherabad and Meherazad are all associated with Baba's life. I hope they convey the powerful love and silent presence that surrounds these most precious and sacred places.
